Nice very nice indeed. THanks Zoro.
I'm like that it peps found it easy to use.

For those not in the know
To view accepted challenges go to the Tournaments page and click Challenges.

It's mad the way you forget things when your coding. I didn't put in a public view of challenges that are declined..
Or and admin section to admin challenges.....tut tut

Sure it will only take a minute.

Picky picky :o

Initial Player Account screen

"UIE Tournament :: Your Fixtures
There are 16 fixtures due to be played. Check you fixtures"

Should be "Check your fixtures."

I have a problem in the fact that people aren't playing their damn tourney matches.

Hurry up people!

22 Apr 2005 - 10:056316
Screwball: Thanks, I'll fix that just as soon as I slap you across the head with my "shut the up fuck" whacking stick

Kam: there are LOADS of games still to be played

I've had so much college work to recently that I've let my list of unreal.ie things to do just mount up and grow old. A few of the more important ones, namely multiple forums, multiple pages, and the pm system just didnt get touched.

Hopefully that'll change over the next couple of weeks when I need a break from documentation on this project of mine, but even then I won't be able to do much due to the exam period coming up

THEN I have the project demo's after the exams, and THEN I'm off to Canada for 6 weeks
Anyway, we've taken on a new n00b-coder ( ) so hopefully SOMETHING will be done, but again we've plenty to do, so don't hold your breath

i know wat its like with the work load, i've left my computing project to the last 2 weeks and have my back up against the wall to finish it now. But i'm still finding time to play UT, just means i'm up till 3am most nights working

and who says i dont have my priorities right...

Tourney bug: When viewing someone else's profile, it shows how many fixtures that player has to play, but if you click to view them, you only see your own ones

would there be any way to put a date on when challenges and matches happen?

would there be any way to actually finish them?

24 Jun 2005 - 17:0412230
Don't look at me! It's that Jazzy chap! He went and f00ked off to Las Vegas before we had a chance to finish!

Also, is it possible to just force a win for someone if someone else never turns up?

Maybe noone ever reads this forum, but...

Has something changed with the Tourney because I'm seeing this and I never did before. Is it because of the new theme?

I haven't changed my browser and I'm using Firefox 1.0.4

) ) )

oh i like that theme

05 Jul 2005 - 11:2212797
It looks the same on the old theme, so I suspect it's due to the implementation of themes (in general) rather than being specific to the new one. I have a copy of the site from a couple of weeks back - I'll check it later to see if it works there or not. If it does, it's the themes (or something else changed recently) causing the problem.

[edit] It works fine (locally) on the code from a couple of weeks ago. Dan - take note. [/edit]

Be arsed - be very arsed

Just out if interest, I looked at the source to the login page (tourney) (view source, not the php...) and I see 2 <head> sections? that's not legal afaict and could be contributing to the problem.
